Creation Mechanism

I carried out a small test here, the idea being to create a watch without a dial. We will therefore see that the movement is voluntary. I started with a standard NH36 movement, which I took apart in order to remove the days disc, then the date disc, and the space bar.

The first two stages are a little more complex, but remain within the reach of any beginner in watchmaking. Changing the space bar is more complex, since it is necessary to exit the movement of the space bar without forcing, without damaging it.

I opted for a space bar from Watch Parts Plaza. The goal here is to create a slight height on the movement so that it is well positioned in your case, and to allow the hands to be correctly positioned.

I'm very satisfy about the result, since the expected is beyond my expectations in terms of hold in the case. My chapter ring did not have a centering nipple and I had to stick it to 3M, I would have thought I had problems with all of these constraints, but it is not ! 🥰
